Please read these terms carefully before using HyCrew. By using our app, you agree to these terms.

HyCrew is a fitness tracking tool and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified doctor before starting any exercise program, particularly an intense training program like HYROX. AI coaching insights are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for medical decisions. Always exercise within your capabilities and stop if you experience pain or discomfort.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using HyCrew, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. The Service

HyCrew is a HYROX training tracking and AI coaching app for iPhone and Apple Watch. The service includes:

  • •Native iPhone and Apple Watch applications for workout tracking
  • •HYROX, Yoddha, and custom simulation tracking with per-station split times
  • •Custom workout templates that sync across iPhone and Apple Watch
  • •AI-generated coaching insights based on your training history
  • •Secure cloud storage for your workout data and templates

3. Account

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use HyCrew.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Health Disclaimer

HyCrew is a fitness tracking tool, not a medical device or medical advice provider. The app, its data, metrics, and AI coaching insights are provided for informational and motivational purposes only. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program. HyCrew is not responsible for injuries or health issues resulting from use of the app or acting on its suggestions.

5. Acceptable Use

When using HyCrew, you agree not to:

XReverse-engineer or decompile any part of the app
XAttempt to access another user's data or account
XAbuse or misuse the AI coaching features
XUse automated tools, bots, or scrapers against our service
XDistribute malware or attempt to compromise our systems
XViolate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

  • •HyCrew owns all rights to the app, its design, code, trademarks, and content.
  • •Your workout data belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over the data you generate.
  • •By using the service, you grant HyCrew a limited license to store and process your data to provide the service.
  • •You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the app without written permission.

7. AI Features

HyCrew uses AI to generate personalized coaching insights. These insights are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your individual circumstances. AI coaching insights are for informational purposes only. Do not rely on them for medical, clinical, or professional athletic decisions. HyCrew is not liable for outcomes resulting from following AI-generated suggestions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete Account. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and your data will be permanently deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

HyCrew is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, injury, or reliance on AI-generated content. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it and delete your account.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification before the changes take effect. Continued use of HyCrew after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
