Log in to both the iPhone and Apple Watch apps. On the Watch, tap "Sync from iPhone" to automatically transfer your login credentials and start tracking workouts.
Ensure you've granted HealthKit permissions in iOS Settings → Privacy → Health → HyCrew. Also check that your Apple Watch is properly worn and snug on your wrist.
Yes! The iPhone app works independently. However, for automatic workout tracking during HYROX events, an Apple Watch is recommended for the best experience.
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data within 30 days. You can also email us for immediate deletion.

GPS accuracy depends on your device and environment. For best results, use Apple Watch Series 4 or later outdoors with clear sky visibility.
