How to set up HyCrew and pair your Apple Watch for the first time.
How workouts sync from your Apple Watch to iPhone.
Troubleshooting sync and HealthKit permission issues.
Managing your profile, race date, and account data.
Check HealthKit permissions in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → HyCrew. Make sure HyCrew has Read access for Workouts. If permissions look correct, try closing and reopening the iPhone app to trigger a fresh sync.
Open HyCrew on your Apple Watch or iPhone, tap Simulation. On the config screen, choose your Type (HYROX, Yoddha, or Custom), Structure (Stations + Run or Stations Only), and Environment (Outdoor or Indoor). You can also tap a saved template from MY TEMPLATES. Then press START. The Watch will guide you through each station.
HyCrew supports Apple Watch Series 4 and newer running watchOS 7 or later. For the best GPS accuracy and workout experience, Series 6 or newer is recommended.
You can view your workout history and AI coaching insights on iPhone without an Apple Watch. However, live workout tracking and HYROX simulation recording require an Apple Watch.
Go to Profile → Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers. If you need help, email support@hycrew.com.
Tap the pencil icon on the home screen race countdown card, or go to Profile → Edit Profile to update your target race date.
Create custom templates on your iPhone with your own station names, run segments, and rounds. Templates automatically sync to your Apple Watch and are backed up to the cloud — so they survive reinstalls and device changes. On the Watch config screen, expand MY TEMPLATES to quick-launch any saved template.
