How do I sync my Apple Watch?

Log in to both the iPhone and Apple Watch apps. On the Watch, tap "Sync from iPhone" to automatically transfer your login credentials and start tracking workouts.

Why isn't my heart rate showing?

Ensure you've granted HealthKit permissions in iOS Settings → Privacy → Health → HyCrew. Also check that your Apple Watch is properly worn and snug on your wrist.

Can I use the app without an Apple Watch?

Yes! The iPhone app works independently. However, for automatic workout tracking during HYROX events, an Apple Watch is recommended for the best experience.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data within 30 days. You can also email us for immediate deletion.

Is my workout data private?

Absolutely! Your data is encrypted and never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for complete details on how we protect your information.

What devices are supported?

HyCrew supports iPhone (iOS 14.0+) and Apple Watch (watchOS 9.0+). You can also use the web dashboard on any modern browser.

Does the app work offline?

Yes! The Apple Watch app can record workouts offline. Your workout data will automatically sync to the server when you regain internet connectivity.

How accurate is the GPS tracking?

GPS accuracy depends on your device and environment. For best results, use Apple Watch Series 4 or later outdoors with clear sky visibility.
